Nedbank is just arrogant and mean.

I have been banking with nedbank for almost 4 years now but I'm still to get a better service to date, they decline my application for credit all the time and sight a poor credit record, I have app**** with Capfin and immediately was granted a loan of R2000, I'm currently starting a business and working so when I need credit they refuse but are quick to charge me exorbitant banking charges. This is not fair and I demand a clear explanation or I move my business somewhere I will feel appreciated.
