This morning I bought Electricity for my uncle but instead of the pin I got "contributed to Arrears" messages. Now besides the fact that its complete nonsense that you cant get electricity when your rates are in arrears. Nedbank offers no refund or BIG warning that your about to be up a creek without a padded.
