nedbank is horrible

i have closed my account at nedbank more than 10 years ago. I started getting sms everyday to say my account is in arrears. I went into the bank when the branch was still open in Mitchell street to close my account. I complete papers and the lady took my bank cards and it was cut, now after 10 years i owe them R17.35 for service fees because my account was not closed by the branch. the service is bad this is the reason that i closed my account +- 15 years ago.
