Nedbank is honestly just useless

I am beyond annoyed now with Nedbank my dad passed away in March 2023. I went to the Southgate Brank to inform them and took his death certificate with but no one made a note on the system. I have sent numerous emails to nedback and no one a note either on the system. Two weeks ago I emailed all his documents again to nedbank to close my dads account I even attached the letter from the Master of the high count. I just received a letter of demand for my dad. My dad is no longer he passed away I dont know how much clear I need to make this or how much forms I need to send to Nedback. Does Nedbank maybe want a picture of my dads grave as well. Please can this matter be sorted out
