NEDBANK IS HIGHLY UNCAPPABLE AND EMPLOYS ****MERS WHO ***** FROM CLIENTS

Nedbank has been highly negligence & *****alant. On the 2nd of September 2024, around 18:00pm, I recieved a call from 'Nedband consultants', they asked if I have bought anything online and I said NO, then they said someone bought with my account, they will help me with the refund.

They asked me to download a nedbank app,they guided me through out the process, since Im ederly Im not used to these things. The call took very long.

Around 21:00 I recieved a second call from NEDBANK (I have their contact), The person on the line told me that someone was trying to buy with my card but I MUST NOT WORRY ABOUT IT BECAUSE, THEY INTERSECTED THE TRANSACTION & IT WILL NOT GO THROUGH. As soon as I dropped the call an SMSes came in R4900 was taken, a second SMS was for R24750 from ***.

I went to the bank the following day, They assisted me with closing the account and delink the cellnumber, They said R4900 went to CAPITEC account & R24850 went to NEDBANK account, Further they said I should open ***** case with SAPS Portshepstone, and bring bank the CASE NUMBER to the bank, which I did. The case no is ***/9/2024. They said the matter will take 1 to 3 months, since then I got only one correspondance on 16 Sept. from the SAPS just an sms stating that the case has been refered for decision on prosecution, whenever I enquire at the bank Im told to contact the investigator who was allocated by case, who is always too busy or not available, At the station they say they will pass the massage but he never got back to me.

This has caused tramandous damage and anxiety as I lost the total sum of R29570, and this caused chaos on my debit orders as my account was closed. I believe this to be an inside job since R24850 went to a Nedbank account (Why was it hard for the bank to trace and reverse the amount?), and the consultant who said I must not worry?

Its 6 months down the line please I need my money.
