Nedbank is going down fast

I am really not impressed with the service I have received from nedbank. I have quite a number of debit orders going off on my Cheque account. This month, due to lack of funds in my account, the debit orders went off taking my account into negative balance. These debit orders were still honored by nedbank at a cost of R90 per transaction. The day before this I did still have some cash in my account with which I made several purchases only to see on my statement that I was charged R90 honering fees for those too. I have spoken to many telephone banking agents and went in to east rand mall branch to be told this is all correct. I'm sorry but if I buy something using the cash on my card you should not be able to charge me R90 per transaction. Something is very wrong with their system. I think it's a new way for nedbank to generate some extra cash flow. I'm out about R1000 in honering fees. I think it's time to give my cash to a bank that actually cares.
