Nedbank is giving the worst service!!
I am just getting very bad service from Nebank Home Loan, they say I did not pay my account but they took the money vy debit order as they always have from the start. And they are not helping me to resolve the issue they made!!

03 Mar 2022, 15:40I am so mad because on the 28/02/2022 my account was securely debited through DEBIcheck for our home loan but the money was not received on your side due to a fault on your systems as per your employer who mentioned this to me and he said he had assisted another customer who had the exact same problem as us.
But instead of you guys calling us to resolve the issue, we where blamed and my time and was wasted trying to sort out this mess that was not our fault but I was blamed. And your stuff where not helpful at all and are not knowledgeable about bank process with wasted my time.
