Nedbank is getting worse by the day

Nedbank should consider changing its name to DEAD BANK. I had a discrepancy in my credit card transaction. When I did the transaction I received an SMS confirmation of the transaction for R6400. When I checked my statement 2 weeks later - I saw the transaction was posted as R6546.41. I called and was informed that I needed to send my problem to ***. I now received an email that states 'Kindly be advised you have come through to the Escalated Complaints Department. Please redirect your request to the correct channel for assistance'
