Nedbank is ********** and there consultant said so

Nedbank debit my account twice this month for a loan I have with them wich is almost my whole salary wich left me with no money for other debtors after I called them earlier this month to make arrangements because I lost my job and I'm the only bread winner I've send them prove of unemployment they still debit me twice they never even called me for arrangements and I do pay insurance in my installment I would never recommend Nedbank to any want they bad for business taking my money saying I confirm to it without my understanding Nedbank is **********
