Nedbank is ****

I tried to withdraw from Nedbank ATM but I didn't receive my money because they're machine had technical problem but when I look at my account the money is out and know they say they can't help me because I gave them wrong number yet is the same number I use for banking. Been given a run around but if it's was white person they would have gotten their money long time ago now my children don't have food still waiting for my money I hate Nedbank.
