NEDBANK is failing customers big time

I visited NEDBANK vosloorus to enquire about my account it was so full they had to assist me from outside the lady looked at my phone app and she told me everything looks fine there's nothing they can do about it I didn't trust her I wanted someone to look in to the system I went to the other branch they told me the account that is linked to my main account is closed and the money will be reversed
