Nedbank is ***********
My mother after visiting a branch is still not able her bank account or make payments using her card. It is not a good image for Nedbank to have a 76 half blind woman driving up and down trying to get her bank account unblocked. How can members in a branch not help? Branch is in Randfontein.

29 Jan 2025, 08:36Having to revisit the branch we were assisted by Rebecca and Wiseman. What a difference in service compared to the consultant who was on duty last week Friday. I'd like to thank Rebecca and Wiseman for their outstanding attitude, quick but patient assistance.
