Nedbank is *****!!!!!!!!!!

I was given a credit card by a lady at Nedbank hydepark in August 2025.I told her i dont want it but insisted that i take and would activate it when i get home. I took it and kept it in my wallet. It was never activated because i didnt need it. Then January 2026,i get calls from nedbank telling me to pay r200 into my credit to increase my limit. I told them i dont have an active credit card,they told me i have a credit card that owes r2000 as i purchased at rage store in December. Now i owe them over r2000 and sent me statement,their ***** department is refusing to help me. I cant pay for something i didnt use. Am sorry i will even report them to the ombudsman. If nedbank doesnt investigate the lady that gave me the card at nedbank hydepark,i will get her arrested myself for activating the card without my consent and using it to purchase at rage!!!!!!
