NEDBANK IS DYSFUNCTIONAL

Nedbank's service has gone from hero to zero in a few months. Several queries took forever to resolve. Now for the cherry on top: After 4 visits to 2 branches and 2 lengthy calls, during which 'supervisors' were unable to figure out the problem, I've finally given up on transferring funds from my current to my tax-free account. After 4 years of doing this transfer at the touch of a button it's impossible now. I opened another tax-free account elsewhere. Pathetic!
