NEDBANK IS DISSAPOINTING

I opened a bank account on the 12th February 2024, they said my card will be delivered within 5 working days it's been 2 weeks now, no card. I've made a deposit of R100 to activate the account it went through. On the 13th a transfer was made from a different bank money is still not reflecting on my account. This is causing such a huge inconvenience as now I have to run around looking for the proof of payment but it clearly shows that the money was deposited. Why are they now making it my problem, the lack of delivery of the card is it still my problem. Such incompetence.
