Nedbank is dishonest and running a mickey mouse club house

Nedbank is the worst.... I have a payment plan in place however they still deduct money from my account without my authorization. I then called the bank to inform them that i have a payment plan in place they just reply saying we can honor that payment plan... Then why give me that arrangement in the first place.... They then told me that the collections department manager will give me a.call which never happened. I think in the mean time sent another email stating all thr facts and cc complaints department in on it. The complaint department said they going to acyion it its been a week no joy no answers ita like Nedbank is running a mickey mouse club house the way they are so lacksy daisy's about your life and the impact of the dishonest dealing effects you... So disgusted by their unprofessional and the next step will be ombudsman
