Nedbank is dishonest

I successfully app**** for debt review due to financial turmoil. Nedbank sent me a text message advising they were to liaise via the debt counsellor for the reduced payments. This morning sone money was paid into my account abd Nedbank desucted the full hone loan ib contravention of the Nation Credit Act. What they are doing is bullyism of the highest order. I need to pay for municipal services and levies which they are aware of.
