Nedbank is disgusting

I regret the day I registered for a Nedbank account, what is the point of having the option to open a bank account online if I’d need to go to the branch? The service from the call center is just as appalling this is a bank my mother recommended it as she banked with them since the “Perm Bank” days, now my salary has been paid into this account and I can’t access it because of a fica restriction that been put on it, I submitted the documents so why make me wait for what’s mine? I’m having the worst festive because nedbank won’t release my money, I’m working from a mall because I ran out electricity at home, left my sick mother in house that has no food or electricity all because of Nedbank
