Nedbank is disappointing

In 2020 I had a personal loan with Nedbank of which I was paying it perfectly, there was a time where my debit just went twice in a month. I went to the branch, they said I must call certain numbers 🔢 and rectify it.

It took almost about three months to be resolved, guess what? I was already handed over by that time without any correspondences. Oh wow! I've tried to reach out even though it was that bad, it went out to be fully handed over to attorneys.

I want to carry on with this account but they are nowhere to be found, not easy to assist either. In 2022 I took a credit card, it was actually the same story should they give you credit they don't care to assist or resolve your issues revolving such. I paid the account in full June 1st 2023 but it wasn't appearing on my statement and it was never paid to settle the account. Until January 2024 on the 04th after so many phone calls 📞 and emails.

This behaviour is tiring trust me.
