Nedbank is disappointing.

Even after receiving multiple emails from head office claiming that a branch will assist me, they sent me away with a number to call. Ever since management and staff changed at this branch... Randfontein village mall, it has become absolutely impossible to get anything done Staff are not able to understand simple English and just reluctant to assist. Disgusted and Dissatisfied also disappointed.
