Nedbank is difficult

We borrowed R600 000 for building a house I used R1 700 000 of my own money the house is now almost done .I still am short of a view thousand .Now the bank will not borrow me more till the last money is paid out.But the house must be finished first. I can not finish the house till I get the next loan.
