Nedbank is completely useless.

At the end of February this year, my account was compromised and I had approximately 4000 Rand ****** from me and converted to a foreign currency. No approve it messages were sent for either of the two transactions and I immediately opened a ***** case with Nedbank. Not only did my money get ****** but my account was in overdraft due to the currency conversion. It is now June, and I have found Nedbank in all its departments to be completely useless, condescending and impossible to communicate with. I have phoned over 60 times in the past months, been told various different stories about what happened to my money and recieved absolutely no updates except communications from the collections department, who when called told me at least 5 times that they apologize and my account will be flagged only for me to receive a threatening message or email the next day. I have switched banks and I am completely disgusted with the lack of support - never once having my phone calls returned or receiving emails I was promise and I am at the point where I actively encourage people to switch banks due to the completely inadequate and inefficient help I got in a situation that was of no fault of my own. Nedbank, you have failed me so completely and I cannot wait to be done with this godforsaken bank.
