NEDBANK IS COMMITING *****

Nedbank has a pathetic call centre that they are so rude. An amount of R 4691.58 was deducted on my account on the 25th March 2026. Tio my surprise i have an arrangement with TJ Maodi Inc for my account that was handed to them for collection. Called the call centre and was promised that I will get a refund within 7 working days, and screen shot was also provided that i will get my money on the 03 April. Then called on the 04th April for a follow up, spoke to Justin and was informed that it will be processed on Tuesday being 07 April 2026. Now I could not feed my family over Easter Holidays, why is Nedbank treating me like ********s as if I running away from my commitment. How do I get my chronic medication without my money, if the SET-OFF was for the R 600.00 agreement, then I would understand, but not for R 4k and mind you their very own call centre agent said they do not have any obligation to debit my account as they have handed me over to their attorneys. This is not the first time complaining about this.
