Nedbank is clueless

Nedbank is the most useless service provider The contact centre is absolutely clueless! I've been to the branch on 3 occasions this week just to reset a damn password! Which now has led to me being unable to use the money app. The fact that i had to use internet banking and was unable to reset the password is appalling. No one knows what the hell is going on despite the the efforts of the in branch employees at Fox street the so called internet banking technical people knew nothing
