Nedbank is clueless

We have been trying to get a settlement amount for our home loan for 5 days now. Nedbank keeps on sending us from one person or department to another. We have a cash offer on our house that we might lose because of Nedbank. We will hold Nedbank liable if this happens. Some of the people we have dealt with with no help is Percy Leolo and Monre de Beer.
