I am so gutted by your service. I have decided that is enough. I will move from your bank. I am so angry at the triple debit order. You are the worst

09 Sept 2023, 14:2319 Consultants, R300 Airtime, 2 days, numerous delibaretly dropped calls later, and nobody can explain why I was debited 3 times when my account was in in good order. Nobody cares that they took my account into red and no money for the month. Nobody cares.
And then one helpful lady at Collections rectified the problem in 5 Minutes. Thanks Charne. However, Queen Najafe at Sandton branch and Maditse Ramaditse you lost me as client.
Nedbank actually says they don't care about Hello Peter. Years of good service from Nedbank ruined by bad attitudes.
Get a life. You just don't realize yet I will have the last laugh, but soon.
