Nedbank is by far the worst bank in South Africa

Hi,

I am extremely ****ed off and frustrated with Nedbank. I have called you guys numerous times and been to the branch and have been told to speak to our relationship manager who hasnt assisted us at all! I have an account with you guys that was opened in 1995 that I had no clue about. Nobody emailed me, sent me a post or anything on the account and fees have been taken off the account for over 15 years now! When I spoke to the bank they also said I was paying fees on Green bucks which I never ever enabled! I would like to be paid back these fees as I was unaware and did not agree to them.

Secondly the R70 management fees have eaten away my account balance and I was not even sure that this account was still going. I was completely unaware of these fees which I would like to be given back.

Thirdly, I visited the Norwood branch and it was absolutely shocking. The lady took 4 hours to even start helping us and once she got to helping us she said there is 335 that is debited on the account every month from liberty. Liberty is supposed to be paying this into my account. None even sent us a bank statement. Please can someone assist me. This is really frustrating as everyone I speak to keeps redirecting me to Lyall and he isn't even helping me. I further want to close this account and take the funds out before they get eaten by the fees you guys charged me that I had absolutely no idea about.

Somebody called me to sort out this issue and haven't heard back from the guy I spoke to since. Ive emailed and called you guys 1000 times. I am absolutely fed up - I am still being charged fees for this account and no one is even getting back to me on my issues. Please get back to me ASAP.
