NedBank is by far the worst bank I have ever used!

I upgraded my account to private client month end of July 2023 and till this day I have not received any of the cards and they debit their monthly maintenance fees, I constantly have to do sendIImali which is also at a cost. Is it fair that I have to pay for a service and not receive the services I have paid for? Worst part is I have the most *********** banker I’ve ever met he keeps on telling me that he will order the cards and does nothing afterwards. Your services are way to expensive to have *********** employees!
