Nedbank is beyond pathetic

No idea how they are still in business. After 18 months, nothing constructive has been done, the 2nd executor has just resigned. I lodge complaints and get told things will happen now and nothing happens. Twice they have confirmed that the same documents have been couriered to me and I NEVER get them with no explaination. It just goes on and on. A total shambles and they refuse to allow me to get another executor to take over the estate.
