Nedbank is below standards in SA

I tried opening a nedbank account and what an experience. They have an account open and in active state 2015 years ago. I phoned and was pushed from department to department for over 2 hours just for the last person to say they will send me an email and I must wait 7 days.

To think I was going to switch banks....
