Nedbank is bad when it comes to the services

I don't even have a year with Nedbank. But already the are not even able to insist me with my money that got missing. I being try to tell them to reverse the fund that was made they told me that I can receive the money in 48hrs or 7 to 10 days of working workinh day. I transfer the money to Tyme bank account and still has not even appeared and when I talk to them they tell me that I have to talk to Tyme bank and when I talk to Tyme bank. They tell me that Nedbank has to fill out the missing money which is true. Because the money was transferred from Nedbank. So please help me I want my back for something agency even though is not enough but I can do a lot about
