Nedbank is bad for real

Good evening.

I am getting sick and tired of Nedbank now, one day I can use my app the next day i cant and its getting out of hand. as of now I am trying to login it asked for my user name and password, i provided them, and it asked for my atm card number and pin and again i provided but it still keeps on depriving me of my right to access my funds using the very same app. I dont know what more to do, I went inside the nedbank branch i failed, I called the call centre we tried but still nothing seems to help, what more canI do please tell me, I really am fed up?????????
