Nedbank is bad

Nedbank did me wrong. I opened an account online and I wanted to switch my salary to them. I followed all the online steps and I got the salary switch letter and all. This was done on the 10 August and till this day I did not get my card nor my app to work. At the branch they keep saying they can't help me with anything. I am so terribly annoyed.
