Nedbank is bad.

I app**** for a top up on my student loan in July 2021. The process was dragged out an eventually in February of 2022 the student loan was paid into my account but the amount did not add up to the amount on either the quotation and invoice from the University. I have to ask for feedback, nobody has answers. Since Nedbank moved their studentloan dept. to form a part of the personal loans dept. my experience as a client has been horrible. I have NEVER in my entire life dealt with such incompetence and mismanagement.

Please do not apply for a student loan at Nedbank, you might even finish your studies before they pay out the loan.

Absolutly the worst studentloan department I have ever encountered.
