Nedbank is bad

A few days ago I called Nedbank contact Centre regarding my mobi money account and still have not received any assistance regarding it i was told it would take 24 hours for it to be reactivaed. I desperately need to withdraw the funds in the account but no one from nedbank has contacted me... this is so frustrating
