Nedbank is awful and unprofessional!

I am utterly shocked and appalled by the service I’m receiving from Nedbank Business Banking! I have ALL my accounts with Nedbank and decided to open my business account with Nedbank too. It has been 5 business days that I have had no access to my business account due to a “FICA hold”. I can make no transactions from my account and no on is communicating with me, whatsoever. My personal banker is useless and I have called the call centre multiple times, to bo avail! How utterly unacceptable is it to be this unheard and unassisted! Shocking! Shame on you, Nedbank!
