NEDBANK IS ALL TALK AND NO SERVICE

My wallet was ****** over a month ago, in which i had to block and order my bank cards. This has now been over 4 weeks and i still do not have my cards, being told that my cards are not at the bank for collection and card division telling me it is. This is beyond frustrating. In addition i have opened bank accounts for my kids and when ordering their new cards, which was in my wallet as well i was only able to get 1 card sorted out and told that the second account needs FICA documents (which i provided when opening the account) and cant get the card. How was it opened the first time if no FICA documents where given.
