Nedbank is actually the worst

Honestly appalled with the service I have received at Nedbank. I actually changed banks to come to Nedbank thinking it would be better but it’s actually the worst. Just to change my limit I have to skip leaps and bounds, why? Why give me an option to change limits on my app if it does not work? Also I recently got married and opened my account with my marital surname, I was never asked for a marriage certificate at the branch and now all of a sudden they’re require a marriage certificate. I am so disappointed, I regret changing to this bank. Absolutely ridiculous
