Nedbank is abusive to their clients

Nedbank now is eating people’s money by putting us in a corner to provide the information we don’t have. I’ve been to Nedbank more than 4 times but until today my account is on hold because even the consultants don’t understand what they want . They asked me to provide some documents and I did and helped me to complete a form and I did. They contacted a lady Called Thathakahle Mbambo who has been harassing me with emails but without calling me or guiding me through their requests . After they called she kept sending the same email to me . They threatened to close my account and they haven’t and forfeit any funds in my account. I do t want to use Nedbank anymore and when I tell them at Nedbank that I don’t want to use the account they tell me I can’t close it until I provide the documents . Please I need help.
