NEDBANK IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS! NOT HELPFUL AT ALL

I closed my account on the 2nd of November but the foolish woman didn't close it.

I went to the Bedfordview branch to close my account, I made sure to withdraw the last cent remaining on the account walked in and requested they close it

The stupid *********** consultant told me that because I had completed a transaction on the day being the 2nd and having withdrawn from the account on the same day, she would then have to close it the next day! I told her she ****en better cause I was extremely unhappy and now I'm just outraged!

On the 9th, I get a msg stating my account is overdrawn. What the ****, are you that stupid to not close a simple account? Next thing there'll be charges on the ****en account that I will be liable for!!!!

I AM GOING TO THAT BRANCH AND IM GONNA CAUSE A ****EN SCENE SINCE NONE OF YALL KNOW WHAT CLIENT SERVICES IS! I HOPE THAT ***** IS AT WORK CAUSE SHE NEEDS TO ****** WELL EXPLAIN AND PAY FOR ANY EXTRA CHARGE
