Nedbank is absolutely in my top 3 worst banks

I honestly wouldnt recommend Nedbank to anyone and I regret opening the account but now I have to bear with it because my money is in there now. The first chance I I get Im out. I dont even know where to start, its amazing how so much can happen in 24 hrs but here goes: I had a deposit I was expecting from another bank, it was an immediate transfer, I got the sms notification, but it wasn't showing on my app, everybody kept telling me different reasons, and 3 agents later, today I was able to get help. Now the money is showing on my app. I tried to log on to the app to make a payment and its blocked now, It says I should call some number. Fine I tried the ussd code, and put it my password of 5 digits and boom that's blocked, it says I've had too many tries, and I literally put in my pin once. I don't even know what to do now. My advice is keep away, use it, don't use it its fine, but that's my advice
