Nedbank is a useless bank

I went to Nedbank to open a business account but was told to make an appointment so I decided to do online and submitted all the documents and was referred to the bank to apply for a card. The lady who called told me to go to a certain consultant. I went to Springs branch only for Pieter to tell me he was not told about me. I spent 2hrs 15 minutes like what's the point of me doing it online
