Nedbank is a total mess.

I am chasing my own tale with nedbank. I was depositing money into my own account at nedbank with the help from a lady from nedbank and the money didn't reflect and is still not in my account. The lady said she will take the matter up and still hasn't done it. I want back 3 days after the incident and still I didn't get help nor my money back, it's day 6 today and still nothing. No call not communication and when I go to the branch I don't get any assistance, they keep telling me stories. I mean all I want is my own money back money I put in my account with a lady who works there helping me. I am confused.
