Nedbank is a **** of a bank

I called the Nedbank credit collections call centre to enquire about finance charges of R80 that they have been charging me. All the 3 consultants I spoke to couldn’t answer/explain them 2 consultants hung up and the last one put me through to the incorrect department because he couldn’t answer. Nedbank is a **** of a bank. I’m being taken from pillar to post 30min on the phone still no assistance.
