Nedbank is a ****

I received a call from one of their consultants in the month of June and offered to assist me to open up a savings account. I agreed little did I know that sales consultant aren't to be trusted. A month later I received an Sms saying that my account is overdrawn mind you I've never used that account. I called seeking clarity on this matter but I wasn't assisted and they refused to close off my account. The most shocking event is when I received yet another SMS saying " Your Nedbank account has been handed to our attorneys which will result in a judgement and you being listed with the credit bureaus" I mean how did I get here from just opening a savings account am now handed over for what I don't know. In these tough economic conditions we still getting big banks trying to reap us off. This is ridiculous
