Nedbank is a ****

Nedbank called me in December when I bought my car in November because it was financed with them. Gave me false promises. They told me that they gonna give me a free cover of R75 k in case my car is involved in an accident that I will receive R200 cash pm as long as they deduct the car instalment from their account. When I called to verify about the free cover they said it’s not free I will have to pay for it if I use it. I’ve never received the cash back they promised me but they don’t forget to deduct the monthly maintenance fees but they have forgotten about the deal. I’ve been sending countless emails and calling nonstop but they never helped me from January till now. I’m even considering to go back in my capitec account because capitec have never made empty promises with me. I trusted Nedbank but they’ve hurt me.
