Nedbank is a ****

Am a fairly new customer to this bank but am already horrified I reversed a debit order of R232 yesterday which was successful and today morning I received an SMS notifying me the money of R232 was paid into my account but it's not there and worse part is that I was charged for the reversal of the money that I didn't even receive am leaving this disgusting bank since I won't even get t a response from them.
