Nedbank invited me to open a current account with them back in 2017 while I was still a student , I didn't have a problem, went and opened the account and I have never used it, I then lost the lost, as I never used the account I have never seen a need of making a new replacement card, yesterday I received a call from nedbank telling me that I owe them R500 of charges on my nedbank account and they handing me over to the attorneys as I told them it was unfair to be charged without letting me know and as I never used the account .
