Nedbank is a ****!!!

I'm fed up with Nedbank. Last year they opened a credit card for me without my knowledge.i received a message while I was at home.i called them several times ,sending emails to have it cancelled .They eventually resolved the matter after a month.I never got any explanations. Now on Thursday the 15th of July I sent my mother R1050 on sendimali she uses the ATM at the branch but there were no R50 so ATM didn't allow her to withdraw.she tried another ATM and it said pin expired.she gave up and went home. I waited on a reversal and I didn't get it until I called nedbank and they said it said transaction successful.They **** and said they would do a technical check but they never did. I work hard for my money and I refuse to be ****med by Nedbank and their poor system
