Nedbank is a pain

I'm on a pay as you use account but a mantainance fee was deducted on the 14th of October and I've been going back n forth with them Sad thing is that I've sent out a request to start getting my salary at nedbank and honestly I regret it now 😩😩. Every month I have to fight for something. It's been 2 weeks now and I'm just been given different reference numbers. What's so hard in returning my money that the took so fast without a notification
